02. Professional Engineering & Contracting Services

REALTECHBUILD operates as a high-precision General Contractor and Virtual Design & Construction (BIM/VDC) engineering firm. Information presented on this website—including project descriptions, 3D modeling demonstrations, technical metrics, and case studies—is provided for commercial introduction and general informational purposes.

Formal construction contracting, engineering execution, field surveying, structural calculations, and project milestones are governed exclusively by executed individual bilateral contracts, subcontracts, and formal statements of work (SOWs).

03. Requests for Proposal (RFP) & Cost Estimations

Submissions made through our online RFP forms do not constitute a binding offer or contract until formal review, site verification, geotechnical assessment (where applicable), and mutual contractual execution occur.

Any preliminary budgetary guidance, takeoffs, or timeline estimates provided prior to final contract execution are indicative and subject to change based on actual site conditions, engineering revisions, and material specifications.

04. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

We understand the sensitive nature of industrial, mining, healthcare, and civil infrastructure projects. All architectural blueprints, CAD files, 3D BIM models, budget estimates, and proprietary engineering specifications submitted to REALTECHBUILD via our platform or direct email channels are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with standard industrial Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) protocols.

05. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual identities, trademarks, logos, custom 3D graphics, photographic portfolio assets, website design code, and technical documentation published on this domain are the exclusive intellectual property of REALTECHBUILD or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, modification, or redistribution without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

06. Standards, Building Codes & Compliance

All project execution referenced across our portfolio adheres to applicable local and international building codes, including without limitation:
